The Mating challenge is the 5th book in the werewolves of Montana series By Bonnie Vanak. I have to say I was super excited when I found out I was getting the chance to review this book. I've finally gotten the whole story behind these two alphas. Every time these characters have encountered one another, sparks flew. The storyline was great. The conflicts kept swirling for Nikita/Nia so much it was a wonder that she didn't have ulcers. I can't wait for Tristan and the real Nikita's story. This is another awesome book in the Werewolves of Montana series. This book answers a long awaited secret that Nikita Blackmore has been keeping from Alpha male Aiden Mitchell. This book was a letdown. After building up Aiden as a very virile powerful male through the entire series, she reduces him to an adolescent boy in the last part of this book. Plus from the beginning, you have the women constantly going back and forth, do we tell him the truth or not. Sounded a lot like a group of simpering teenage girls. I got so tired of reading the same argument throughout the book, I found myself skipping pages of useless dialogue. This had the makings of a good story. But...
