The Brittle Crown

A frozen kingdom in the northern rockies is home to a hated species, the lycanthropes. When a young American woman finds herself experiencing a sudden transformation into one of them, she begins a journey with her newfound guide to the country of Duvonthia. Forced to leave behind her home for a species she was raised to fear, Clara Oliver is told that the kingdom has been anxiously awaiting her return. Dragged along is her adoptive family, including her sister Susan who receives attention from someone she didn't expect. Also behind Clara, her curious and goofy adoptive brother Owen follows, carrying a deep and unspoken love for her in his heart.
