I've been WAITING for Rex's story. Or did not disappoint! Leah is a strong independent smart woman. And I love her character. I loved Rex from the moment he was mentioned in the first book. So the books so far have had everything I want in a book. Love, a little suspense, lots of chemistry and steam and laughter. This book really had everything I wanted. 4.5 stars Ever since meeting Rex in book one, I was dying to follow his story. And Reece Barden delivered what I expected. This is a perfect grumpy/sunshine, wolf shifter romance with a rejected mate and a second chance mate that made my heart burst. I'm inclined to say that I loved this book even a little more than book 1, because Rex and Leah are such a perfect match. Absolutely and highly recommended! )

I haven’t read a series that has held my attention like this in a long time. My house is collapsing around me, and I don’t even care! I just want to get the next story. The author is quite talented in bringing the reader through the up’s and down’s of a good fiction series and even surprising the reader with unexpected situations. This is the second time I’m reading the book and it’s still one of my comfort reads❤️ I loooooove Rex and Leah! I love the crumpyxsunshine, and the respect that Rex always shows Leah even when he’s mad I would have looooved some more of their love (but since it’s my second time I know we get some more in the other books) It’s a very easy read and not a very long book If you like some crumpyxsunshine kind of second chance romance this book is for you )
