I feel like my heart was ripped out of my chest, torn into pieces, chewed up, and put back in my chest but it in the best way! In the beginning, when Evan and Caleb were denying their mate connection I kept screaming at them and giggling. Them keeping their distance from one another made the acceptance and growing love even sweeter. The mental health that was represented had a big impact on the story. Honestly had some ups and downs with this. There’s one scene I thought would come back up as there was mention of specific powers but it was never brought back up or mentioned. Definitely a slow burn and bully romance. It is cute though. I could take it or leave it as a kind of eh book. Decent writing though! )

What an amazing story, I have only read this one. I had no idea this is the third book of a saga. I think this book is amazing and it can be read as a standalone book. Even though I have no idea what happens in the other books I still have a base understanding of the story because of how good the writing is. 5 stars all around. ) One person found this helpful
