This was my experience reading a romance involving magic, witches, warlocks etc. Interesting! I liked the characters, their relationship and their story. The concepts of whits, gray and black magic were intig3. Max's Dominance over Victoria was enthralling. Victoria pain over a love list palpable and her eventual submission to Max erotic. All in all I ejoyed the book. )

These three short stories are the serialized witch and warlock book of H-Max and h-Victoria. Even compiled into one book, the total is still fairly short. So the price is a bit high given the amount of story. On the other hand, Sylvia Day knows how to tell a story. Max and Victoria are great characters. (There's a little bit of Gideon and Eva you'll recognize in a spot or two.) You'll definitely like them. The story ideas are creative but simply executed and predictable. The sex is hot. ) 2...

This Erotic/Paranormal is a very good read. I enjoy how the BDSM relationship is viewed. The strong magnetic bond between Max (the Hunter- Dominate) and Victoria (the Familiar-Submissive) is what makes a powerful love story. The that fuses together between those two when they make love is intense. I love the way Max loves and cares for Victoria. This is a good book. It isn't something I would usually read. I enjoy Sylvia Day, that is why I purchased it. I should have read the comments or reviews before I bought it. It was a \"magical\" book, witches and warlocks and such. I don't get into much of that stuff, but all in all it was a good book. If you are into fantasy romance I would highly recommend it. If you aren't into fantasy, then I wouldn't recommend it. ) One person found this helpful
