Prey for Me by CJ Sweet is, without question, my favorite fated mates read EVER. This is enemies to lovers at its absolute finest. Not the soft, instant-love version of fated mates where everyone just accepts the bond and moves on. Prey for Me had me in a CHOKEHOLD! 😩🔥 This is book 3 in The Hunt series and I’m going to be honest, I haven’t read books 1 & 2. BUT @cjsweet.author did such an incredible job covering enough backstory that I never felt lost or like I was missing anything. I enjoyed reading the story of Jay and Caleb but the audiobook definitely brought it to the next level with the amazing multi cast duet narration. Jay was my favorite character with how strong she was and how much she was able to survive and keep going while still remaining such a light to people and being kind.
