What do you get when you redo Working Girl with horns instead of ‘80’s big hair, a Minotaur rather than Harrison Ford…an absolutely delightful tale with lovely MCs and a world made of fabulous “monsters”! )

This was my first ever exclusively MM romance book! What a super sweet, yet very spicy read. I enjoyed being transported into a world where monsters and humans lived side by side. I devoured this book in a single evening! Wardell has you rooting for this interspecies office romance the entire time. Loved the banter and the connection between the MMCs. Super run read!! )

This is the first time I’ve ever read M.A. Wardell and the first time I’ve ever read a monster romance. I enjoyed it. I like workplace humor, messy awkward work drama, and also love stories, so this was great. I like the buildout of the world of Crownpoint and also Labyrinth Solutions as a company. On characters: Jamie and Magnus were both likable as individual characters. I was happy to see them together but I didn’t really get that urge to really root for them the way I do when reading...
