Hunt Me! (I Crave the Chase): Spooky Boys, Book 3

by Fae Quin

About this book

Maybe he's fast enough to catch you. Maybe you want him to.

Jeffrey

Returning to my hometown, to normalcy, after all I've been through feels strange, to say the least. Returning to the friends and family who have all moved on with their lives while I'm still trapped with demons of my past haunting me is the worst kind of torment.

I'm safe now. Lydia, the woman who stole me when I was just nine years old, is in prison. I'm free. But I don't feel free. I don't even know who I am anymore. The child I was is dead, and the man I've become is lost.

Mutt

I found him. He smells like soap and oranges… and sorrow and sadness, but he smells like mine all the same. From the first moment I saw him in the parking lot on the side of the highway, with his pretty speckled nose and pouty frown, I knew that fate had gifted me my mate. In the same breath, mixed with the sweet smell of his delectable skin, I also knew that fate had a cruel sense of humor. Because my mate is not a wolf, but a human, and a human cannot save me from the moon mother's curse. I may not know much about most things or what the future holds for us, but I know I would trek miles and scale mountains to put a smile on my grumpy human mate's face.

Hunt Me! is a standalone paranormal MM romance with high heat, an HEA, and no cliffhangers. It features a relationship between a werewolf-shaped himbo and an ex-monster hunter who's never had a place to belong. These two men could not be more different, and yet together they're carefree, devoted, possessive, and tooth-achingly sweet. If you like spooky stories with mystery, suspense, werewolves who pretend to be dogs and characters who make you laugh, listen on!

The Spooky Boys series invites you to visit a world where things that go bump in the night aren't just fantasy. These standalone novels feature monsters that are spicy, fun, and sometimes furry.

another great one in the series

August 28, 2024

Another amazing book from Fae Quin! I love hoping back into the spooky boys world with every addition to the series. Each one is so unique but still has the same love filled vibe between the characters but also from all the love that Fae puts into them! No matter what spooky creature Fae decides to use for the next book in the series, vampire, ghost, werewolf, they all feel true to the lore but she also gives them their own life. I love that she puts her own spin on these classic spooky...

Happy-excited-surprised

January 13, 2025

I was not expecting to love this book as much as I did. The first book I read by Fae was Bite Me! (book 1 in this series) and it didn't hit like I thought it would. I put the series down for a few months but Hunt Me! kept staring at me from my TBR. It said read me. It said trust me. It said let me in. So, I did. And man! - it was so good. This is your classic paranormal m/m romance with wolf shifters and super fantabulous spicy times. Like, damn. Some of my favorite I've ever read. I highly...

An Emotional Roller Coaster!

August 23, 2024

What happens when the golden retriever werewolf and the black cat human are supposed to be mates? This. This masterpiece. 500+ pages of emotionally gut-wrenching beauty. While this whole series is amazing I honestly think this book is hands down my favorite. Mutt is the soon-to-be alpha of his pack when he scents his mate and proceeds to follow him to a new town across the country. The following events make you laugh, cry, and love every one of the amazing characters in the city. You even get...

Healing with a Himbo

July 20, 2025

This one gave me all the warm fuzzies! Mutt was the most sweet, charming, clueless himbo and just gave the damaged Jeffrey such pure love! Watching Jeffrey's journey through loneliness and finding himself and his family and healing through therapy and love was just so heartwarming 💕 and the spice was 🔥🥵🤯 )

Main character Jeffrey is my favorite!

September 2, 2024

I maybe skipped ahead to the bar scene where Jeffrey was trying knots in cherry stems. From there, the book got better and better. Jeffrey has angst, need, secrets, and trauma while still being strong, kind, and relatable. Mutt was adorable and perfect but Jeffrey is the type of character I really enjoy. Most books gloss over how long and difficult it is to have and heal from scars, or it's an instant change that feels OOC but Fae wrote this so well. Loved the story - hope you give it a try...
