I received and ARC for this story and it blew my expectations out of the water. Michelle used brilliant prose to bring her story to life and wow'd me with the character growth for the FMC Brielle. Highly recommend to anyone who likes fated mates and insta love. It is done so well here, and feels believable. ) One person found this helpful

TL/DR- characters feel one dimensional, lack of world building, no real pot or anything to keep you interested in engaged. More of a light cozy story of characters going about their day today routines. I didn't notice any editorial issues. I don't remember what made me download this book, but I'm writing this review as of 67% in. I am really struggling to finish this book because there's just no real plot. In the beginning had some promise, even if it was a bit typical and slightly weak itself....

I really loved this story! Definitely the insta love palette cleanser I needed in my life this month. Leif and Brienne’s story was so cute and while predictable, I was still blown away. Michelle love wrote all these characters so well and I bonded so readily with them it made me feel so at home. My heart really was so filled for Brienne and the reality that she was finally getting her dues after so much pain and loneliness. Unfortunately this book wasn't for me but it really is a good book. I would still highly recommend it to some of my friends i would just make sure to qualify them first. )
