I really enjoyed this! I don't think I've read anything quite like it before (which is honestly shocking haha) but it was so interesting (not to mention spicy) and now I want more! ) One person found this helpful

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The world building was very cool and interesting, the monster character was well developed with its own arc and personality and being, and the main character was deep and thoughtfully presented. Emery's character arc was very compelling. I love the idea of a person who has always felt \"on the outside\" actually accepting that they want a life that nobody expected or wanted for them, and that people can feel utterly content and satisfied with a life that does...
