The print quality is fantastic. Exactly how I remember it as a kid. Mass-produced books have actually always been a favorite of mine. The way the pages smell, the soft fluttering of the pages as you fan through them, or just turning each page, really makes you feel that cozying up with a book vibe that we readers crave. Definitely a good quality to add to the shelves. Especially for those of us with a TBR taller than we are. Beautifully priced and excellently crafted. )

Dark Challenge the 5th book in the Dark series by Christine Feehan was a nice read. But for me a little slow which is why it's a 4 star and not 5. Julian and Desari are a very sweet couple and I enjoyed reading about Desari's family. There is just something I love about the Carpathian series. It's my Happy Zone. The whole lifemate thing is so sweet. I love the idea of one soul mate fated forever. Though a few things happened in this book for the most part it was a more laid back easy read and...

Julian is a fierce hunter yet completely alone. He is centurys old yet always battling himself and the evil vampires. Carpathians one and all live for ever unless they loose the battle between keeping their souls or giving them up for a kill. But once he finds his lifemate, he must relearn emotions and the drive to keep his lifemate happy. )

Oh, to reread these books , just opens the mind to more. As the teachers would say to students - refresher courses are a great way to to start again to bring forth knowledge that has been forgotten over time. )
