LOVED EVERTHING ABOUT THIS ONE! The characters, the antagonist you loved to hate, the story arc, the politics, the danger, the sweetness..... It's a slightly different shifter society with three packs and an elder council that hears disputes or charges against shifters and renders decisions or punishment for all the packs. But there are differences between the packs...not just in the shifter politics and how each is run, but also in the type of wolves ..in one pack, the Blackstone, all alphas...

A highly entertaining story with drama, suspense, betrayal, deceit and romance woven together to create an enjoyable read. I loved every minute of the scenes between them even though it seemed to not be going in the direction I wanted at times. The author did a great job of executing the revelations to enhance the plot. ) One person found this helpful

I kept seeing this book advertised on fb and kept putting it off for some reason. There was nothing wrong with the story. The characters weren’t un-engaging as I did find myself invested enough for the climax to be anxiety ridden and nerve wracking. Although the dual POVs bouncing back and forth by minutes pulled me out of the story as it made me impatient. That wasn’t really because of character issues though.
