this series is at the top of my list for favorite reads of all time. it had perfect amounts of everything. Nyfain and Finley are a power couple of epic proportions; never have i cared about fated mate books but Breene spun my world upside down with their beautifully written love story. as if the love between them wasn't enough, the side characters were equally incredible. i'm just as in love with Hadriel, Hannon, Leala, Govam, Vemar, and Weston. This was another series by this author that just kept getting better and better with each book. Since this book picks straight up from where Book 3 finished off, you need to have read that one, as well as the other books in this Beauty and the Beast retelling, before picking this one up to wrap up the series. I've loved every minute of this series, but this one has to be my favorite of them all so far! Not only do we get to see Finley grow into her new role, but we also get to know the softer side of Nyfain. I love the camaraderie, the strength and love that each Kingdom brings to the table. Minus the enemy of course! The spice was on point and I didn't feel like I was being swallowed into spicy scenes which was great! I absolutely loved the ending!! )

Fantastic conclusion to deliciously dark Fairytales. This last book was a whopper. A big giant looong one! Seriously though probably could have been 2 books. I made it halfway in the first sitting at 10 hours maybe, it was 3am and my eyes where burning. I loved it, I just could not put it down.
