Blazed right through this book! Love the characters and enjoyed the plot twist I did not see coming at the end. I also appreciated a cliff hanger that for once didn't leave me feeling anxious! A good balance of exciting, steamy, and emotional! I really appreciate how two of my favorite characters have grown exponentially in this book as well! Looking forward to seeing how this all ends, hopefully good magic will rule the day!! )

I am a big fan of Jaymin Eve, and the first 2 books of the Shifter City Fated Mates Series are particular favorites. I was lucky enough to be picked for an ARC copy of A Claim of Fortune, and book 3 did not disappoint! Good story, I'll give you that. Cheesy as all get out sometimes. Frustration builds in me as a reader when I reader when I read a sentence after a battle scene like, and im paraphrasing....I'll manifest us having a good outcome. What? I love slade, emme and talon but I feel like we are told they have a connection rather than shown alot of interactions.
