This story kind of had freaky Friday vibes and I loved it. A necromancer invited to a Halloween party just to meet her mate . That’s where things get really weird it all happened over an apple peel thrown at the right person . This person happens to be a wolf and he is in search of daggers. With the swap I thought they would both get stuck . I really enjoyed reading their story and loved how it ended. ) One person found this helpful

What happens when a woman who talks to the dead meets a hawt shifter at an exclusive, mysterious party? Mayhem that will change them, literally. I've read a number of books in this universe and a number of books by this author, so it was a real win all around. The situation both characters found themselves in was definitely unique and I loved every minute of it. I highly recommend. )

Buckle up for lots of spice and Freaky Friday adventures! Vaelora definitely lets her mischievous side come out to play, but Erynn and Ash are better for it. The story moves fast and has some great action and spice, but the emotional connection didn't hit as strongly as I'd have preferred. I also felt something was a bit incongruous about the story. Overall, I enjoyed the story, but it just wasn't my favorite of the series. )
