Welcome to Nocturne Falls, where every day is Halloween and the supernatural is just a part of the daily commute. In this enchanting paranormal romance, we meet Pandora Williams, the town’s premier real estate agent and a witch whose spells are famous for backfiring in the most spectacular ways. Her life takes an unexpected turn when a handsome, skeptical professor moves in next door, suddenly turning her wonky magic into a precise, powerful force.
Cole Van Zant is a man of logic and science, struggling to understand why his teenage daughter insists she is a witch. Forced into proximity with his bewitching neighbor, Cole finds himself relying on Pandora to navigate the bizarre realities of their new home. As they spend more time together, the chemistry between the practical professor and the magical realtor begins to crackle, proving that opposites don't just attract; they ignite.
However, secrets lurking in Cole’s own bloodline threaten to change everything. As Pandora helps him uncover the truth, they must decide if their connection is a mere coincidence or a destiny written in the stars. With humor, heart, and a touch of mystery, this delightful tale is the perfect escape for fans of cozy, magical romance.

This delightful series just keeps getting better and better! I really enjoyed the cameos made by Pandora Williams, Nocturne Falls' real estate agent extraordinaire, in previous books, so I was happy to see her get her own story this time around. The witch with the wonky powers is brought together with her potential soul mate, cute math teacher-turned-home renovator, Cole Van Zant, by an unlikely source—his rebellious teen daughter. Kaley thinks she's a witch and is desperate to connect with...

As will all my reviews there are no spoilers and no story recap. This book is written in the third person with no explicit language or sexual scenes with a HEA ending. While this story is book 4 of the Nocturne Falls series that Kristen Painter writes it can easily be read as a stand alone and/or in any order you wish to read it. This story does mention people and couples from the other books, but it in no way gives the impression that you missed something. The other couples stories are not...

4 gnomes out of 5 gnomes I adore this series, it’s just so much fun. The characters, mythology, and town itself make for some really compelling reading. Plus this series is definitely great to read in October around Halloween. I’ve always wanted to know more about Pandora and what her deal is. Her whole witch family is a blast to read about. It was great seeing more of them and Pandora. Cole is an interesting case, I really liked the mythology associated with him because it wasn’t where I...

Y'all. I think I've found my new favorite book in the series! I literally could not put this book down. I kept telling myself... just one more chapter... just one more chapter... until it was almost 1am and I had finished the book. I'm now running on about 3 hours of sleep but, we all know, sleep is overrated.. 😉 Cole and his daughter, Kaley, moved to Nocturne Falls after he inherited his great-uncle's house. His plan is to renovate it and then sell it. And this needs to happen fast. Kaley is...

Like all the books in this series, number 4 is set squarely in Nocturne Falls, where it really is Halloween every day. Who would think of such a thing and then provide the budget to make it absolutely Disney-esque? Kristen Painter and her great imagination. Like everyone else who reads this series, I want to go there. She paints a very real small town--actually more realistic and modern then those of many non-paranormal writers. What she does that I like best, is names all the stores and shops,...
