The story moved along a great pace. Character were nicely developed, in a way that made me cheer on the protagonist! )

I sat, thinking about this review, for quite a while after reading this. I bought it as soon as it came out, but saved it for a rainy day. Or, actually, a sad day. Life is so stressful, and sometimes downright tragic these days... The Porcelain Bones is a deliciously atmospheric mystery, with a touch or romance without being drippy, and interesting characters. There are suspenseful moments, but the overall effect is gentle. This book treats you right when life is brutal, and makes you feel like...

Every single time I pick up one of her books Im thrusted into a world of magic!! The details of even the smallest things makes me feel like Im inside the book. This book is filled me with a rollercoaster of emotions so much I read it in one sitting. I love these characters so much that I want more of their journey together!! If you have not read anything from this author yet you are truly missing out on wonderful worlds that stay with you always. ) 3 people found this helpful
