The Mountain Ghost Mystery

Jacob McCallister is only fifteen years old, and already facing the end of his life. An inoperable brain tumor will not respond to treatment, and he has made the difficult choice to live out the remainder of his short life on the family ranch in the mountains. There, he meets Sarah, the daughter of a family of ranch hands, and a friendship quickly blooms.

Together, they mean to solve the mystery of the wandering spirit that still haunts the mountain trails before Jacob's time runs out, but secrets stand in the way that could end their search for answers and possibly tear this budding friendship apart.

All the while, the ghost that haunts the mountains grows more and more restless.
