I loved Pyper's book!

Deanna Chase has done it again! Everything about this book was really great! She always does amazing things with the city of New Orleans. The characters she brings to life are fun, exciting, and very likeable. Pyper has been one of my favorites from the Jade Calhoun series, so I couldn't wait to read her story. It doesn't disappoint. I received this book free from one of the book sites. I do not remember which one! This is my honest and voluntary review. Wow! Witches, demon hunters, seers and one smoking hot ghost man. Read the book to figure out what that means. Fast paced and hot without being sexual. Kissing & innuendo. )

This is my first from this author. Even though it’s a spinoff it easily brings the reader into the story with well established characters. It’s not exactly sweet but there is no open door spice in this first in series. Maybe later if we’re lucky! It’s really good and fast flowing. It’s read by audible instead of virtual voice so that helps too! Jorja Rae-indie author )

Nice light read with sassy, complicated female characters

I am pretty sure I have read everything Deanna Chase has written so far. Sometimes you just want to read a paranormal romance set in New Orleans with sassy female characters and relax into the twists and turns their lives take throughout the series. I started off with the Jade Calhoun series, (this is an offshoot of that with the same charhceters, just focused on Pyper instead of Jade) and haven’t been disappointed yet.
