60 Seconds Between Worlds: A Love Story Beyond Death (60 Seconds Forever Book 2)
R.J. Lumen
by J. R. Sawyer
Zoë has spent her entire life drowning in shadows she cannot escape, but the darkness takes a terrifying turn when the whispers in her mind solidify into a voice. Enter Noxx: a charming, dangerous, and unrelenting entity who bridges the gap between the living and the dead. As her reality blurs into a haunting obsession, Zoë finds herself trapped in a high-stakes psychological game where the line between salvation and destruction is razor-thin.
This gripping paranormal romance masterfully blends supernatural terror with the raw vulnerability of human struggle. By weaving the trope of the dangerous, otherworldly suitor into a narrative centered on the battle against mental illness and suicidal ideation, J. R. Sawyer crafts a story that is as emotionally heavy as it is addictive. It is a chilling exploration of the voices that haunt us, both internal and external.
Readers looking for their next must-read will find themselves on an intense, soul-stirring journey. Sawyer handles sensitive themes with profound grace, turning a dark ghost story into a powerful testament to survival. If you are searching for a haunting romance that will linger in your thoughts long after the final page, this is the story you have been waiting for.

Zoe is a high school girl, who like many struggle in silence. However, for Zoe the silence starts talking back to her. The silence is attentive, charming, alluring, and understanding. The dangerous thing about silence, is it forces you to really hear, really see, and really feel. Zoe has attempted suicide once before. Her parents saw it more of a burden and less of what it is, the need for help. Although she is attending therapy, its just not helping. Zoe knows the script, and knows how to play...
