Immortals, Shifters and Vampires.

This story is about Leana a wolf shifter and Mikhail a Immortal. Mikhail washed up on the shore of New Bombay not remembering who he is. Hariharan has another exciting, well written story with unique characters and situations. Every book I've read of hers has been excellent. She has an amazing imagination and does not disappoint. I would highly recommend this book and series. I voluntarily reviewed this ARC book. )

This book is the first in the authors Ascendants Series, but it crosses over from her Many Lives Series. We have a female shifter, Leana, who begins the story as a cage fighter to help keep an orphanage running, Entering into this scene is an immortal, Mikhail, from unknown origins, who is strongly drawn to her. Without giving away too much, as I don't do spoilers, lets just say these two have a relationship that does not always run smoothly. She will be controlled by no one and he wants only...

Great Story

This is a really good story. The characters are well developed and I was intrigued to see how the author would bring them together. There is a good mix of action and romance. It is part of a series which I do recommend you check out too but it can be read as a standalone. )

Another great story written by Laxmi in a world where handsome men and beautiful women are fated to find their soul mates. Enter Leana a beautiful hybrid wolf shifter and an Ascendant who is her fated mate who can help her defeat a new threat to their land and people. I would highly recommend this book to all who love great romantic stories. )

I can't get enough of her poetic-sounding style!

Another beautiful, lyrical love story from Laxmi! Her characters are always so easy to love, even her villains. I enjoy the journey they all make to understand who they are and what their calling is. I absolutely love Mikhail's devotion, especially after Teo. And I really love the \"seeing\" in this story. Can't wait to see how the series evolves.
