Thanks to Ann Charles for another adventure from Deadwood! Violent Parker’s story continues, and her friends are all along for the ride too. I really enjoy how Ann Charles brings these characters to life and how she makes Violet's crazy world real. The whole series is fun, funny, and full of compelling characters you'll love to read. Violet and her \"posse\" still killing off or maiming or displacing all manner of other worldly creatures. But, the constant, and I mean , constant sexual innuendos gets really old. The old man just comes across as a dirty old man. And if I had a friend that pinched me every time she felt like it, I'd sock her.
