Firstly if you've NOT yet read books 1-4 then RUN, don't walk to read them now! Otherwise you won't fully understand everything going on! In this book it centers around Amanda the town librarian we briefly met in book 4 with the surprise ghostly possessions of Chauncey and Estrella. SURPRISE!! Way to blow your librarian cover to a certain few! Ellen’s latest in in the Daughters of Midnight series is a page turner! I got up early to read it this morning before work and had to force myself to put it down to get ready . It has all the characters we’ve grown to love in the series and now we get to hear Amanda’s story. Plot twists, delicious steamy moments and some serious paranormal happenings - I loved every page! I finished at lunch and am diving back in tonight so I can savor all the details! I can’t wait to find out what happens in...

Another fine addition to the Daughters of Midnight series. An engaging read from start to finish. Quick moving with Ellen Dugan's touch of magic and the paranormal. Another piece in the overall story arc of the series with a solid story for this book's star character. )

With every new release Ellen gets better and better. These characters reach out and pull you into their lives. Your heart races as they fight for their very lives. The writing is so good.. you experience the characters I have read every book fiction and non fiction she has written. This book is so good I made my best friend sit down and read it.
