More and more I am enjoying this author's works. She delivers a good plot with well developed characters every time. This story of Katie's journey to a happily ever after was so interesting, since it included a lot of information on the Isle of Man, a place I'd love to visit. ) 2 people found this helpful

Okay Story ... A bit disappointed with this one 😒

I had mixed feelings about this romance. I took off one point mainly because I didn't like the lead female character. \"Katie\" was pretty consistently inconsistent and wishy-washy about everything. She was a hot mess and her behaviour often drove me nuts. I found her to be very frustrating & immature. Plus, I don't like reading about characters who act like doormats around other aggressive, pushy characters ... that is a big personal thing for me. The \"Finlo\" character was definitely creepy...

A Perfect Beach Read!

I really enjoyed this story, from start to finish. It had everything that a good beach/romance read, should have. Romance (lots of), a bit of suspense and mystery, believable and some quirky characters, a plot that moves along at a good pace and to top it all off, a lovely and faraway setting. I loved the cover too. ;-) If you are looking for a beach read to download on your ereader, give this one a try. I'm going to check out more books from this author too. Recommended! Surprising!

I hadn’t seen this series maybe because I generally look for Mysteries but the fact that it was in the Isle of Man I decided to read it. I loved it. The characters were absolutely adorable and the plot, even being simple was very enjoyable. I will be downloading the rest very soon. ) One person found this helpful
