Such beautiful story telling and imagery, I was hooked from the beginning. I was on the edge of my seat, and even caught myself talking aloud in tense moments like the characters could hear me! This is a book with a setting and characters that truly come alive and stick with you, and you will find yourself thinking about them well after finishing the story. I loved the magic system, it’s truly unique and I cannot wait to read the next book and discover more about it! A fantastic read from start...
