I've loved Cat Johnson's books for a while now. Actually I've read her steamy contemporary books, not her paranormal stories. The Cadaver Lab stories are a wonderful surprise. Natalie sees and hears ghosts which complicates her life and the live of her sexy boyfriend. What a diverse, entertaining group of characters! What a fantastic second story about the ghostly goings on in the town of Mudville. When Natalie finds a bone outside the train depot, the mystery begins again. Who does the bone belong to? When the LADS get together to figure things out, Nat finds a ghost at Harper's house. Sending Gabe back to find her comes with it's own set of consequences, Liam is now able to hear the ghosts! These were a really good read. Not too light or to heavy. A little closed door mixed with some low level spice. Comedy, mystery, feels. Very enjoyable. The only reason it’s four stars is because I think she’s going to leave it as a trilogy when I think she could stretch this into many more enjoyable reads. )
