I enjoyed reading this story about Katarina and Kalos (dragon shifter). Now I thought Katarina was just a human woman who had a strange ability to move thru protective wards paranormals used to protect their homes. Later in the book, Kalos called her a witch. They met when Katarina agreed to steal something from Kalos' hoard as a favor to a friend. This just happened to be during Kalos' heat. The story takes off from there.
