Broken Ties: A Broken Bonds POV (The Bonds that Tie Book 7)

by J Bree

About this book

Five years of searching for their missing bond ended in a chaotic, heart-wrenching reunion that shattered everything North, Nox, Gryphon, Gabe, and Atlas thought they knew. While the first installment of this addictive series introduced us to Oli’s perspective, this long-awaited addition pulls back the curtain on the men who were left behind. Witnessing their raw agony, simmering resentment, and desperate obsession provides a fresh, gripping look at the events that defined their fractured connection.

This paranormal romance masterfully weaves the tension of enemies-to-lovers dynamics into a high-stakes reverse harem narrative. As the Gifted community teeters on the brink of collapse, the men must navigate a web of lies and shifting loyalties while struggling to contain their possessive instincts. Seeing the story through their eyes transforms the original plot, revealing the hidden layers of their protective, sometimes volatile, devotion to the woman who fled their side.

Whether you are a newcomer to this dark and dangerous world or a die-hard fan looking for a deeper understanding of the bonds that tie, this POV collection is an essential read. Prepare to lose yourself in the intense, demon-infused power struggles and the undeniable chemistry that keeps this brotherhood fighting for their future.

The best surprise book release ever - I couldn't wait to be back in this world!

This book delivered on everything I could’ve wanted and more! I reread Broken Bonds (Oli’s POV) before diving in, and I’m so happy I did. Going through the story from Oli’s perspective in Broken Bonds, I had definitely formed opinions about the guys based on how they interacted with her and reacted to her presence. But wowwwww, knowing what I know about all of the guys having finished the series and now being able to witness the events through their eyes… let’s just say I have a newfound...

This unexpected book was good, but it could've been better, to me anyway. There were a few scenes from the Oli's version of book one that should've been in this as well, like the pool scene from Gabe's POV or even the car scene when North went and got Oli from Atlas's apartment. Most of North's scenes were boring, but I thought that throughout the series. He just seemed too polished for Oli. Honestly, now that I have the guys POV, I feel like the word of the day is communication. All of what...

Worth The Read!

I’m going to start this review by telling you what this book is not. It is *not* a scene-by-scene replay of Broken Bonds, just with different POVs. POV retellings sometimes make me nervous because I don’t want to reread the same story, same dialogue, from another character’s perspective. This is not that. The only overlapping scenes in this book are the pivotal ones, where extra context, seeing it through another’s eyes and hearing their inner thoughts can make a difference in how we view that...

LOVED IT!!

I’ve read this series twice already on KU, and this book just made me want to purchase the digital copies so I can start it all over again. I’m not usually one to reread a series, but this is one I’ve adored. )
