The Draka & The Giant by Liane Zane is the third and final book in the Elioud Legacy series and the third one that I have read by this author. The author brings action, attraction, and suspense to a new paranormal romantic suspense urban fantasy thriller. This is one of those satisfying stories where you are rooting for all sorts of good things: true love, vanquishing the forces of evil, reconciliation, friendship, and family. How the writer manages to tuck so many themes into this paranormal romantic suspense, I don't know; but the result is great good fun. Excellent, fun read! A fast-paced, globe-trotting tale of romance and otherworldly battle that stands on its own, whether or not you've read the whole series in order. The story is rich in plot and detail, evocative locales, suspenseful intrigue, and new language – with whole lexicons of myth and deadly weaponry and foreign tongues (helpfully translated for you) to enter and enjoy. Your imagination has room to roam in this book and will linger there long after you close it. )
