Supernatural. 2 Guardian mates. Shifter, shy, intelligent heroine. Rose is a mousey women working at an exclusive magical library. When attack her Guardian, Keyne, shows himself. Taking her in to there custody to protect her. Searching into her latest research for clues, her and the guys go looking for the Lost City of Missouri. On their search they are captured and put to servitude. Holy crap the twists and turns of this book are great! Definitely one of my favorites so far this year. )

Book one in the new incredible Guardians series. This book was so good! Meet Rose who works in pretty much the archives of the library where she thinks she is a nobody. Suddenly she is attacked by some strange creatures, she shifts into a mouse (1st time ever), and she is rescued by one really hot guy. The story has pulled me in and made me want to know more. I’m intrigued by the Guardians and this supernatural world. The story surprised me several times at the end and I’m interested in seeing where this story is headed. )

Yet another book where the writer clearly didn't use a professional editor or proofreader. Yet another book where the language is a ridiculous mix of casual and overly formal. I'll say it again, CONTRACTIONS! I'm, I've, you're, we're and so forth. Unless you're intentionally writing in old formal English then please take note of how real people speak! What a read! I'd say it has minor trigger LLS but not much detail on those, and what a story! Had me turning the pages to see what would happen next and now I need to read the next book asap!! )
