Will Lucifer get to Tess on time? Someone from Lucifer’s past tries to make his life worse by tearing Tess away but will they succeed ? will they find out who Tess’ father is? I really like this book (it’s book 2), there’s a story,spice and supernatural beings, what more could you ask for? Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ )
The first book 'Deal with the Devil' was a fun time. But that was just building up to this. This book built the drama even more. It built and built to an awesome climax. I love this story of Tess and Lucifer. But wait, there's a third book and I'm expecting aftershocks galore. I can't wait. )
These books and real page turners! Time just slips by when reading them, but you just have to know what's going to happen next. Have read the first 2 and to read the 3rd, but I just dont want it to end 😭 )
What a brilliant follow on from book one. I got told off by my partner for staying up into the wee hours to finish this second instalment of Tess and Luke's story. What I love about Tess the most is that she is independent and smart, and doesn't make the dumb decisions that so often you find the female characters make. Luke is unapologetically badass which makes his sweeter side that he reserves for Tess, all the more endearing. I love all the characters in this series, and want to adopt Bee...
Wondered where this book would go after the last one, and it seemed to be going the way I thought it might, Tess & Lycifer's feelings. Lillith's crazy plans to get 'Louis' Lucifer back after millennium and it was a good read, but the ending was a really good on a good twist. Can't wait to read book 3. )
