For Jessica, the nightmares have always been real, leaving behind physical scars that serve as a haunting reminder of the celestial entities stalking her periphery. Living in isolation on the shores of Lake Samish, she has spent her life trying to outrun a destiny she never asked for. But when two enigmatic strangers enter her world—the impossibly perfect Alex and the dangerously seductive Cole—her carefully constructed defenses crumble. She soon discovers that the angels are done hiding in the shadows, and they have come to claim her for a war that transcends the mortal realm.
This complete trilogy is a gripping paranormal romance that masterfully blurs the lines between heaven and hell. As Jessica is thrust into a high-stakes conflict, she finds herself caught in a breathless love triangle where the stakes are nothing less than her soul. It is a story of sacrifice, where the boundaries of good and evil are tested by the raw power of devotion and the lengths one will go to protect the person they love.
If you are looking for an immersive escape filled with forbidden attraction, celestial intrigue, and heart-pounding tension, this collection is your next must-read obsession. Experience the entire journey from the first spark of danger to the final, emotional resolution in this captivating saga.

This series is fun and exciting and a great love story most of all. While a tad predictable at moments it was still captivating as you went on a journey through Jessica's life. Character development was phenomenal and one of the reasons I love this new author. She doesn't leave you hanging! )

It wasn't super gripping but it was a very unique story. I read it as a trilogy so I view it as one whole book and I liked how the story evolved and Jessica found a life. I especially liked how the ending was very believable and human. It was a fascinating concept and I liked the way the angels still possessed their human qualities. ) 5 people found this helpful

Leary Taylor did amazing job with this book. I was cheering for alex through the whole story. Cole loved playing sides. Alex was willing to give everything up for her. I love the underdog. I cheered and cried. This is really moving story. )
