12 Practical Steps to Making Your Marriage Heaven on Earth: No Matter Your Current Situation, Good, Bad, or Ugly; Your Marriage Can Be Better

For those who devour paranormal romance and crave stories where the line between human and celestial blurs, this adventure offers a whirlwind escape. What begins as a simple European getaway for a group of friends quickly spirals into a fight for identity when they discover they are far from ordinary. Abandoned by their pasts, these protagonists are forced to confront a shocking truth: they are immortal, and their existence is tied to forces they are only beginning to understand.
The narrative thrives on the classic trope of fated mates and forbidden attraction, blending angelic lore with a darker, supernatural edge. The stakes skyrocket when the protagonist crosses paths with a brooding, gorgeous Italian man who harbors a dangerous secret—he can shift into a massive hellhound. Their chemistry is immediate and intense, providing the perfect anchor for a plot that moves at breakneck speed.
While the pacing is relentless and the world-building leans into the thrill of discovery, this is a story for readers who prioritize fast-paced excitement and high-stakes romance over meticulous polish. If you are looking for an engaging, short-form read that tosses you headfirst into a world of winged beings and shifting shadows, this installment delivers a uniquely chaotic, supernatural ride.

I struggled with the review for this book. I enjoyed the idea of this world and a lot of the execution. The book is short and engaging. That being said, it REALLY needs another edit. So many spelling errors, a bit of content sentence restructure would also help. And a more clear idea of te facts. It reads a little like a later draft of writing. The story itself is pretty good. I think it was better than the first book in the series. However the typos and lack of proper dialogue formatting make it hard to follow. )

This story went full steam ahead, the plot was nearly nonexistent. The scenes and writing aren’t coherent at all, some things felt missing or completely skipped, and an editor of some sort should have been able to read and look over this. I can get behind a few typos but some full sentences/scenes and words were hard to understand or unnecessary and misspelled. If you’re self publishing and self editing don’t be afraid to take out more time to weed apart grand mistakes. I’m sure it could have...

Balls to the wall you get no background in this story so read the first book. This book starts off running, there’s no slowing down, no pause. The characters are developed though, even without reading the first book, you can gather enough to understand each character and their mates. Abbie & Nico are shifters (no spoiling what kind, it’s part of the storyline) and are mates with interconnecting friends. It’s just one big happy family over here! )

I enjoyed this tale from start to finish. This great example of this author's ability to cross genres and do it well. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. )
