I like the concept of the story, but there were some parts that were just too off. Who stops on a mission to have sex in an alleyway? Amy is a thief and Daisy is her accomplice who stays behind for surveillance on the scene. Amy has just completed the “big one” when she sees someone being assaulted by vampires. It’s a stretch that she would stop to help but she’s just that kind of person. It turns out Harrison is an earthborn demon so he has no real powers. She is sweet and caring, he is smart....

The chemistry between the main characters is out of this freaking world! I felt that the author had the ability to convey some depth to the personalities of the characters bringing life and likability to every person.
